Privacy Policy

• The client should pre-approve the contract details like number of pages, numbers of words per page, period of work, deadline, payment terms, etc., for content writing through email before the commencement of work
• The client should provide the subject matter by providing the keywords, topical heads, paragraph heads (if needed), scope of the work, roadmap, etc.,
• Specific information such as the company particulars, history, founders names, management teams, statistics, dimensions, product information, market information, product or service advantages, USPs, images, etc., before the commencement of the work.
• For the physical appearance and chatting time, the company charges extra amount according to the nature of work and hours spent.
• The client should provide all the necessary reference web links or books needed for the content writing work or any work undertaken by us.
• We do not change the deadlines on account of any reasons. In special cases, if we so agree, extra charges which are mutually agreed will be in force.
• For all the legal issues emanating between any parties concerned, the jurisdiction will be Coimbatore city (INDIA) only.
• For unnecessary, unwanted and false charges, the petitioner should indemnify www.emartconsulting.in of all legal charges and pay additional compensations.
• No viewer/reader/client/customer should reproduce the contents of www.emartconsulting.inin any form in any media without the written permission of www.emartconsulting.in.
• No content from www.emartconsulting.inshould be copied, altered, misused, duplicated for any purposes including commercial, educational or any other activity.
• The client should not deal directly with the professionals/staff members representing on behalf of www.emartconsulting.in commercially for future or present work atleast for a period of one year with regard to the same services offered by www.emartconsulting.in.
• The completed work will not be handed over to the client until and unless the payment due is cleared.
• The client cannot claim damages/compensation for any loss caused due to the delay in delivery of agreed service by www.emartconsulting.in.
• Due to unavoidable reasons and circumstances arising due to sudden and unexpected developments such as health conditions, loss of persons, non-availability of persons, communication failures, natural calamities, etc., the client’s orders may be cancelled/delayed and in such cases, the client cannot claim damages for incurred or presumed loss. www.emartconsulting.indoes not return the amount that was already paid or billed for completed portions of work and the client should pay his/her dues for completed portions of work.
• The client cannot ask for refund of money citing quality issues. Due diligence should be adopted by the client even before agreeing to the order. If if he/she withdraws in the middle the payment due for the completed portions of the work should be honoured. Any violation in this regard will be deemed illegal on the part of the client and he/she will be liable to legal damages.

Refund Policy

• There is no refund of any sort once listing has been made.
